APPOINTMENT

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive our full service and other clients are not inconvenienced. To ensure you get an appointment when and with whom you want, we recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving the salon. We require credit card information on package bookings.

CANCELLATIONS

Should cancellation or date change be necessary, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice and 48 hours on packages, otherwise a cancellation fee may be applied

FOR YOUR COMFORT

We require that you disclose any medical conditions prior to treatment and/or any prescription medication you are taking, as some treatments may have contra indications. In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, we sterilise and sanitise equipment for all services and treatments. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal items. Please keep your belongings with you during your appointments. For the protection of your clothing, we ask that during some treatments, you wear the robe provided. We are always open to suggestions - please let us know how better to serve you.

Small Print

  • Prices and opening times are correct at time of production but are subject to variation without notice
  • Treatments lasting for 2 hours or more require a 50% deposit on booking.
  • We require that you give us 24 hours notice of cancellations, otherwise half the treatment cost will be charged.
  • Some treatments may require a patch test 24 hours prior to your appointment. You will be notified of this when booking.
